Twintype is an exploration of what it means to have a twin sibling, as well as the aspects of what that relationship entails. Through photographing myself as well as my twin brother, I aim to present the strong connection we will forever have with each other. Through candid and or performative images, moments of our interaction are captured, displaying our bond. I also explore a typological format within some of the images, focusing on physicalities of my brother and of myself. In some images, parts of the figure are cropped out or obscured, in order to showcase others. This invites the viewer to take notice of our physical features, and to study our similarities and differences. The images are warm toned to encapsulate this sense of comfort, warmth, and familiarity we feel around one another, conveying the overall idea of "twinness."
